This wide belt sander, adapted in soft and hard wood, offers complex sanding functions for both sizing and polishing.
The combination head can be operated in three modes: platen level position with the drum, platen down, and platen up.
(1) Platen level with the drum is possible applied in the intermediate and final finishing by using a grit of 100 ~ 180. (2) With platen down, platen position below drum, is used fine finishing or sanding surface repairs with 180 ~ 240 grits of sanding belt. (3) Release with platen up as a contact drum for sizing applied a 60 ~ 80 grits sanding belt. |
