COMPONENTS
Abrasive belt tension is actuated by air cylinder.
Dynamically balanced contact drum is covered by proper durometer rubber.
4-heavyduty-jack-screws provides solid support.
Ruggedly constructed throughout for maximum stability and rigidity.
Photocell sensor controls abrasive belt tracking.
Full opening side doors facilitates servicing for internal mechanism.
Built in emergency stop bar.
Disk brake provides automatic stop in case of insufficient air pressure,
power failure, or emergency.
High quality conveyor belt offers long service life.
Variable feed speed
of the conveyor belt is achieved through variable speed pulley,
permitting for sanding a variety of panel material.
All motion control of the machine are centralized on a control panel. Large, clearly
identified push buttons simplify setup and start up.
